When you 1st arrive at the hotel it smells amazing as you enter the lobby , staff was attentive and although we was early asked us to wait a hour and our room would be ready we ended up waiting 3 hours for our room Room no 2207 -excellent view for sunset ) but the room needed some work toilet was stupidly small and the bathroom was big offering a bath but there was no bath get to go into the bath which is weird . The balcony door was very stiff to open and the ashtray in the table still had ash in .We was on the 22nd floor but my husband was keep awake in the we small hours due to the noise of the super cars going backwards and forwards past the hotel they need to look at better soundproofing.( Last few days of holiday the hallway smelt of smoke) Do not bother going half board the food is not hot and not very nice at all( there are plenty of good restaurants nearby ) we complained About the food and was contacted by management who said they would allow us to order from a la carte menu but we didn’t want to take any more chances would rather eat out. Breakfast is good plenty of choice but was a bit like a canteen. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel (although beds are not allowed to be saved) also they allow smoking by beds in the pool area so nasty if your a none smoker would be far better having a designated smoking area where people could go . We had a club room which you get use of the club room , between 2-4 you get afternoon tea between 7pm and 8.30pm you get happy hour with small dishes ( meat balls for two days running )in the club room and you also get unlimited soft drinks in the Mini bar in your room , this does not get topped up dispute being in a club package have to constantly ask for it to be refilled. Club lounge- staff very helpful ) beware strong measures of alcohol ( worth the money I’m unsure I suppose it could be if you’re wanting to get drunk without it costing too much. This hotel is meant to be a 5* over all this hotel needs some work at best it is a 4* but we have been to other places staying at 4* hotels and they are much better than this hotel . For the price this hotel needs work

Excellent choices for breakfast and evening buffets 4 water always supplied 5 Great location, but some guests may find it noisy, especially these fast cars revving 6. Great gym and spa and generally very quiet 7. Pool area small, so choose your time wisely

Good service , good place , good area ,frendly prople. specially for room service thanks helal , i’ll be back again a few month as soon as possible to dubai again , so much enjoyed stayed in this hotel for a few day best service ever we seen good food

Helal was excellent in treatment and housekeeping. He is excellent! I fully recommend to come to this hotel, very clean and well organized. It has been a pleasure. I will come back for sure we will be back soon for next time bay dubai room is closed

Helal he make my stay here more comfortable and he make sure we had everything our room with clean and tidy we spend 4 days it’s really amazing hotel with all employees we are looking forward to coming soon and the dubai is best place to visit and more much
